The Persampiere Family!

I'm not going to lie, sometimes it's awkward to hang out with babies. (You know, since we don't currently have one. We don't even have a dog, but we have kept an aloe plant alive for about a year now!) It's awkward partly because we aren't sure how excited we are allowed to be in front of each other. I don't know if I'll freak Nate out by going 100% classic girly with excited squeals of, "She just yawned/sneezed/smiled/blinked/breathed! Oh my gosh she's soooooooo cute!" And he isn't sure if he's allowed to break macho character and actually admit that the baby is, in all honesty, very cute and cuddly and that some part of him is secretly wondering if his future children will have this much hair. So, we spend the time in an unspoken dance around each other's feelings, trying not to draw too much attention to ourselves and trying to avoid the inevitable question, "So...do you guys want to have kids anytime soon?"

Luckily, Anthony and Bristin are easy going and put us instantly at ease. And Aarayln helped us out by farting, burping, and peeing on her parents just to remind us that she is, in fact, a big responsibiliy. ;)

Little fingers and little toes, that enviable scent, the velvety hair... Aaralyn is just too adorable for words (even with the farting, burping, and peeing.) She is a smooshy, sleepy ball of cuteness and we had so much fun spending the evening taking pictures of her. Honestly, we'd photograph anything to have the excuse to hang out with Bristin and Anthony. They are such fantastically adoring parents and are so adorable as they learn, together, how to care for their new daughter. We hope that one day we can be as great of parents as they are! One day...

Bristin needs to be an interior decorator. Isn't this gorgeous?!

and because I posted a goofy one last time, I thought I'd share one more...

I knew that this was the beginning of a beautiful friendship the first time we walked into their house and saw Anthony's room of video game memorabilia. Nate and him were destined to be instant BFFs! ;)

We got to hang out with Anthony and Bristin for the 2nd half of their "Before and After" family sessions. (You may remember them from their steamy maternity session a few months ago.)

I can't wait to finish the rest of the images for everyone to see. Anthony and Bristin are just the cutest, coolest, funniest, most adoring parents and their daughter is lucky to have been born into such a family. More to come, until then enjoy these three!

World, meet Aaralyn...

This may be the most beautiful thing I've ever seen...

He's going to kill me for this one but it is MY FAVORITE!

Doing Double Duty

SANFORD & ORLANDO, FL

Day one of enjoying the journey.

If there was ever a day for me to start really focussing on enjoying each day, today was the perfect opportunity. We had two sessions scheduled back to back pretty much taking up our entire day and they were on opposite sides of town. We got lost on the way to the first one. (Apparently google maps and the universe ganged up on me today to put my resolution to the test.) But I didn't let it bring me down. The journey is the journey, even if you have to take a few detours (both literally and metaphorically).

When we arrived at Anthony and Bristin's adorable home we were more than excited to begin our session with the two of them. Bristin had gotten her hair and makeup done and looked simply gorgeous. I had to ask her twice when she was due because I just could not believe that this radiating beauty standing in front of me was already 8 months into her pregnancy! She and Anthony gave us so much to work with during their couples shots and while the boys bonded over computer games downstairs, Bristin and I got down to business upstairs with a classy boudoir-esque mini session. Yes, you heard me right. A maternity boudoir session! And it was gorgeous! As we looked though the nursery closet, Bristin pulled out a Burberry onesie and my biological clock had a spasm so loud I was sure Nate would hear it downstairs. Did any of you know that Burberry makes baby clothes?! I'm in love!

Here are my two favorite images from their session. Don't they just make your heart flutter?

After saying goodbyes to our new friends we headed to photo shoot number two for Susie and her daughter Abbi. There is really no point in me gushing over how striking these two lovely ladies are. You can see for yourself. They laughed, poked each other, joked around, and pretty much worked it for our cameras all afternoon and I am so excited with all the beautiful images that they will have to pick from for their Christmas cards. Ladies, I'm warning you, it will not be an easy task! There is just something magical about the relationships shared by mothers and daughters. Every now and then we would catch Susie glancing at her daughter with eyes full of love and pride. It's in those little moments that we are inspired more than you can ever know.

Here are our favorites from their session...

Chaos and Perfection

ORLANDO, FL

Stefanie and Randy have such a fun connection. When you add their adorable daughter, Rylie into the mix it's chaos and perfection. All three of them have a carefree, loving, goofy air about them and they are all completely wrapped up in each other. They are all sassy and quick to make funny faces to the camera and just so much fun to hang out with. The icing on the cake was going to dinner at Spice with the three of them afterwards and playing lions with Rylie under the table. We hope you catch a glimpse of their amazing love for each other in these photos. Thanks Morrissettes for letting us capture your family in photos!

ORLANDO, FL

We felt so honored when our friend Stefanie Warren asked us if we could do a family style shoot for her. Our answer was an excited "yes" since we love any chance we get to hang out with Stefanie. You may recognize her gorgeous face as the Associate Photographer at Ha! Photography. We had a blast exploring downtown with these three. All three of them are completely wrapped up in each other which is so wonderful to witness. More to come soon, but until then here are our favorite 5!

Gallo's Family Shoot (Part 2)

PORT ST. LUCIE, FL.

We had so many photos from our golf course session with the Gallo's family. It took us a while to wade through them all but now they are finally finished and boy are they gorgeous!

First of all, we couldn't have asked for a better group of people to get to shoot. This family was hilarious, sweet, happy, and up for whatever we asked. It doesn't get better than that. Second, the golf course is beautiful! It has amazing green fields and wonderful rolling hills.

We hope you enjoy the second installment of images!

Nate caught this sweet moment at the end of the shoot. Instant favorite!

PORT ST. LUCIE, FL.

We has so much fun this weekend hanging out with this amazing family! We spent the early evening at the local Country Club golf course playing around in the grass. They were up for anything and were such troopers putting up with the setting sun. The kids were hilarious and beautiful and everyone was easygoing and full of smiles and jokes. We love our job!

Dear beautiful family,
It was so hard to pick and choose our favorites for the blog! Your family was the kind of family everyone hopes to one day have. Nate and I feel so blessed to have gotten to spend the afternoon with you all! Enjoy! We'll have the rest of them for you soon. :)
