Ken & Christine: Wedding at Bella Collina

MONTVERDE, FL

When I first met Christine, there was an instant *click*. That click that lets you know that this person, laughing over coffee with you, is someone you could be great friends with. When Nate and I shot their engagement session and got to meet Ken for the first time, we knew without a doubt that these two were brought into our life for a reason and we felt the *click* again. During the months leading up to their wedding, we felt as if we'd become more than just their photographers. We knew that we had become their friends. And for all of you out there that have had the chance to be Ken & Christine's friends, you understand how blessed we felt.

So you can imagine how excited we were when their wedding day finally arrived! Christine had done a remarkable job pulling together a day that will forever remain etched in my mind as one of, if not the most beautiful wedding I've ever had the privelage of witnessing. Christine's personal style shone through every single detail from her birdcage veil and black fingernails to her bridesmaid's tights and gloves.

The intimacy of the event was clear to every person in attendance as Ken and Christine read their handwritten vows to each other. Never in my life have I heard such beautiful vows. Nate looked over at me halfway through Ken's vows and I was on the verge of crying. Ken definitely did a fabulous job. (And needs to start his own business to help men everywhere write love letters to their wives!) They said "I DO" and were pronounced as man and wife by Ken's father to the roaring cheers of their family and friends (and two elated photographers).

If you would like to see more from this beautiful wedding, you can see the slideshow now on our website.

Ken & Christine,
We feel so completely blessed to have become not only your photographers but also your friends. We wish you years of happiness and love, laughter and jokes. We hope that you both are always able to communicate with each other as beautifully as you did on your wedding day and that you continue to inspire everyone you meet with your joy and love. Thank you so much for placing your trust in us on such an important day. We hope to see you both again one day!

Bella Collina
Every bride needs to book this venue and then book us. Because we're in love with it!

How brilliant is this? Christine hired ballroom dance instructors to come help guests get their groove on.

Wow, I didn't know places like that existed in Florida. I certainly never saw anything like that when I lived there. Extraordinary.

The lighting in these is beautiful - the ceremony pictures are so yummy and I love the bridals (video light?)

You two do exceptional work and deserve all the success you are having!

    Lynn,

Thank you! We are in love with that venue as well. And everything before the reception was natural light, including all the bridals. :)
